Bypass of additional costs for assignment and license recordings in Romania

We would like to inform you that, effective September 1st, 2003, all assignment and license documents to be recorded with the Romanian Patent and Trademark Office for trademark and industrial design matters must be accompanied by the notarized translations into Romanian thereof. This requirement will imply additional costs of about USD 40 per page.

However, in order to keep its promise and maintain prices as low as possible, Ratza & Ratza is able to cover these costs only if you use its dedicated bilingual forms, which will be delivered via e-mail and/or airmail on request.
